Engage // Innovate is a Scandinavian think-tank, research institute and consulting company. Our business idea is to help our clients drive innovative strategic transformation. We are the founders of Strategy Tools for the Next Generation, a groundbreaking action research program to develop a series of new strategy and innovation tools.
Founded by Elisabeth Ovstebo and Christian Rangen in 2011, Engage // Innovate helps companies make innovation happen. Working with leaders on all levels, we combine leadership, strategy, change management and innovation to create new business models, new business areas and more innovative organizations.
We are located in Stavanger, Norway and Taiba, Brazil.
