Constantly trying to push the limits to what is business school teaching, Christian experiments widely with a variety of teaching methods. A recent class on international marketing looked like this.
Since early 2011, Engage // Innovate has had a strategic
partnership with BI Norwegian Business School to
help develop and teach management programs. Christian is also a lecturer, engaged at BI, teaching strategy,
innovation, change management, marketing and leadership.
At Nortrain – Norwegian Training Academy, Elisabeth has designed and run several programs on Marketing and strategy.
Using a range of in-depth case studies and extensive industry experience, Elisabeth challenges her students to apply their
new learings in vastly different ways.
At HR Norway – Norway’s leading human
resources organization – Christian has taught
CEO’s, HR Directors and a range of executives
since 2003. In collaboration with HR Norway and
former partners, Christian developed and taught
a range of programs, including:

At NITO – The Norwegian Society of Engineers and Technologists- Christian has taught
leadership programs to new and experienced leaders alike.
We love the joy and challenges of teaching. It gives us energy. It gives us excitement. And
we also believe it makes us better consultants in the long run.
